Jeff Winter, chairman of the board

Jeff Winter is married to Judy and they live in Haines City, FL. He is a graduate of Susquehanna University, Gordon-Conwell and McCormick Seminaries. Jeff has worked for the Coalition for Christian Outreach in Pittsburgh as well as serving in Presbyterian churches in State College, PA, Ocean City, NJ, Cincinnati, OH and Antalya, Turkey. He has been the Senior Pastor of the Corona Presbyterian Church in Denver and the Bethany Collegiate Church in Havertown, PA, Interim Head of Staff at the Langhorne Presbyterian Church in the Philadelphia Presbytery and Pastor of FaithMV Church of Martha's Vineyard.  Presently, he is the Interim Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Haines City, FL. Jeff and Judy have three children and six grandchildren.

Maria Cardenas-Baez

Maria Cardenas-Baez is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and a graduate of Fuller Seminary (M.Div). She has been a support group leader for individuals struggling with various forms of sexual brokenness, and she has been reaching out to the Hispanic community with the message of sexual healing and wholeness through Christ Jesus. Maria has also traveled internationally in order to share her personal story of healing from lesbianism. She currently serves on the OneByOne board of directors.

Clint Cline

Clint Cline is the President of Design 4 Marketing Communications in Plant City, FL. Clint has spent over 35 years as a writer, designer, producer and message strategist.  He has been involved in integrated marketing, broadcast television, radio advertising, film and video production.  In 1990 Clint formed Design4 to help Christian ministries and pro-life family groups have a creative and constructive voice in the public square.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and the University of South Florida. Clint is married to Cindy, has two adult children and is active in his church.
 

Marilyn and Mark Markham

Marilyn Markham has been an organist / accompanist at Morgan Hill Presbyterian Church in Morgan Hill, CA since 1978. She has a Master’s degree in Piano Accompanying from Arizona State University. In 2002 her husband, Mark, was an elder delegate observer to General Assembly in Columbus, OH. Marilyn volunteered to help at the OneByOne booth in the Exhibit Hall. Since then, she has been a part of the team at GA and came on the OBO Board in 2004. Mark was a junior high school counselor for 28 of his 33 years in public education. He spent 35 years (active and reserve duty) in the USAF, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. He has served many years as an elder at Morgan Hill Presbyterian Church and on several Presbytery committees. In 2003 he was a commissioner to GA. Mark and Marilyn have two grown daughters and four wonderful grandchildren, and they have passed their 50th anniversary as husband and wife.

Dr. Kenneth D. Thomas

Ken Thomas is the Senior Pastor of the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church in Monroe, NC.  He has been an ordained minister for 29 years pastoring churches in VA, NC and SC.  He has a strong commitment to the truth and grace of Jesus Christ as found in Scripture.  Dr. T will make you laugh and sometimes cry.  He studied at Virginia Tech, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and McCormick Theological Seminary.  He is married to his wonderful wife Magda.

Ben Willis

Ben Willis is a pastor in northeastern Pennsylvania. He has a heart for those who wrestle with sexual addiction and believes that the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) needs to equip and educate the church to reach out to those who struggle in this area. Ben is a graduate of Denison University and Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for more than twenty years and have three tweener and teen-aged children. He has served on the Board of OneByOne since 2003.
